Our Policies

OUR POLICIES |

Must be 21 years of age to rent cabins.

Positive ID required at check-in.

Two night minimum is required
on weekends (Friday & Saturday)

If your stay must be
Thursday/Friday or Saturday/Sunday both nights will be
charged at the higher weekend rate.

One night stays are available
at select cabins only for weekdays Sunday-Thursday
-
Three night minimum is required on holiday
weekends.
-
Smoking permitted outside, sand pails
provided.
-
Rates are per night for 2 guests.
-
Add
$15/person/night for additional guests age 3 and over.
-
A 6% lodging tax will
be added to the above rates.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS |
- 14 days or more prior to arrival:
Refund less $50 processing fee.
- Less than 14 days, but more than 3
days prior to arrival: 50% refund.
- 3 days or less prior to arrival: No
refund
- No refunds for early departure.
- No cancellations or refunds due to
inclement weather.
- Any changes made to a reservation
after processing will incur a $50 service fee.
- Change in arrival dates is considered a cancellation and all policies and fees apply.
- We adhere to a strict cancellation policy due to any reason - no exceptions.
- You can find providers of trip insurance online.

CHECK IN |
Check-in time is
4PM.
All cabins (with the exception of Arrowhead Bluff) must check-in
at our office location at 16757 St. Rt. 664S, Logan, OH 43138 during
office hours. You will pick up your key, cabin information sheet
and directions to your cabin. Addresses of cabins are NOT given out prior to check-in. Keys will only be given to the person
who made the reservation. Positive ID required at check-in. No visitors, paid and registered guests
only please. We are unable to accommodate early check-ins.

VISITORS |
Absolutely NO VISITORS allowed at your cabin or on the cabin property. Each cabin property has a maximum number of paid guests allowed.

CHECK OUT |
Check out is by 11AM.
You will be expected to wash the dishes, clean up
after yourselves inside and outside and place trash in the trash cans.
When you check-out of your cabin, follow the instructions on your cabin
information sheet regarding the key. There is a $25 charge for lost keys.
We cannot accommodate late check-outs. We need to get the cabin ready for
our next guests so please abide by our set policies. Please follow the check out procedures posted in your cabin. Please check drawers, under beds, etc when leaving to check for personal belongings as
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ARTICLES LEFT BEHIND. |

LATE ARRIVALS |
Please try to arrive during our posted
office hours. Late arrivals
MUST
be prearranged so that we can prepare a late arrival package for you.
If you are on the road and find that you cannot make it during
office
hours we ask that you PLEASE call our office and arrange for a late arrival
package. If you don’t notify us, you may not be able to get to your cabin. |

OCCUPANCY & HOUSEKEEPING |
Please limit occupancy to the cabin maximum.
No Visitors, Paid guests only please. You will be charged
for any additional guests, and may be asked to leave without refund
if you exceed the maximum occupancy of the cabin.
Please do not move any furniture. If you move furniture you will be charged.
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN ALL CABINS. You may smoke outside, but
please respect our properties and do not litter the area with cigarette
butts. Ashtrays or cans provided outside. If evidence of smoking is
found in a cabin there will be a $250 fee-no exceptions.
In the event of damages or extra cleaning requirements,
additional charges may be applied. Linens and towels are
provided along with basic kitchenware and utensils.
A
starter supply only of dishwashing detergent, toilet
paper, trash bags, and paper towels will be provided.
We do not provide bath soap. Please bring your own
toiletries. Upon
arrival, please report any damages, shortage of supplies, or
housekeeping issues immediately. Please abide by
hot tub
procedures, rules, and precautions. Absolutely no
hunting, no ATV’s, and no weapons, including paintball guns,
and air guns, are permitted. As owners of Lazy Lane Cabins,
we will assume no responsibility for loss or damage to guests'
personal effects, or injury during the rental period. Management
reserves the right to ask a person(s) to vacate the premises because
of disruptive conduct or failure to follow our rental guidelines
and policies. No refunds will be issued.

OCCUPANCY & AMENITIES |
We will do
everything we can to make sure your cabin is ready for your
stay. It is our mission to provide you the cleanest cabin in
the Hocking Hills so that you will become a guest for a
lifetime. However, there are rare occasions that your cabin
might not be fully presentable by 4 p.m. or when your hot
tub won't be warm until later in the evening. In addition,
from time to time, appliances, hot tubs, satellite TV,
water, electricity, etc. will break down or malfunction.
While we cannot refund any monies due to these issues that
may be beyond our control, we will respond as quickly as we
can to make repairs and restore amenities. Lazy Lane Cabins reserves
the right to move you to another comparable cabin if necessary.
We do
professionally exterminate our cabins, but they are not bug
proof. Please remember you are in the woods and we have
invaded the woodland creatures’ habitat so you will see bugs
and spiders occasionally.

PAYMENTS |
Full payment is required at time of
reservation. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover. Credit
card only - no cash or checks accepted for reservations. |
|
EXTENDED STAYS |
If your stay is 4 days or more, your hot tub will be serviced
on the fourth day of your stay. Proper chemical maintenance of hot tub water
is necessary to maintain safe water and prevent possible damage to hot tub
components. |

PETS
|
- Well mannered and housebroken pets
are permitted only in designated cabins with prior
approval by Lazy Lane Cabins.
- Maximum number of pets per cabin is
2.
- Pet fee is $30 per pet.
- Pets are NOT to be left alone in the
cabin unless crated
- If pets are found in a cabin not
designated as pet friendly there will be a $60 fee.
