This inviting cottage is located halfway between Old Man’s Cave and Ash Cave down a peaceful country road in Hocking Hills.
As you enter from the covered front porch you’ll get an immediate feeling of warmth and comfort. The sunny country kitchen has everything you’ll need to fix a country meal. The large dining room has seating for six.
From the dining area, you enter the expansive living area that features ceramic flooring, a gas fireplace and is bathed in natural light from the skylights above. French doors then lead onto the screened-in porch that overlooks the yard and wooded area and leads to the private hot tub area that also includes a gas grill.
Shadow Wood Cottage sleeps 6 guests and features two bedrooms with queen beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. At the end of the hallway is one bath with a stand up shower and a washer/dryer for longer stays.
The grounds feature a relaxing water pond, yard swing, flower gardens, fire-pit and a large yard for playing games or walking Fido.
